We are seeking a proactive, client-focused Account Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client needs are met, supporting renewals and upsells, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable handling both client-facing and internal coordination responsibilities.
## Key Responsibilities
**Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the organization
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Conduct regular client check-ins to review business needs and satisfaction
- Act as the client advocate to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
**Account Support and Retention**
- Welcome and onboard new clients
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Track and manage ongoing client requests and deliverables
- Renew existing subscriptions and maintain account continuity
**Revenue Growth and Upselling**
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase client profitability
- Support upsell initiatives within assigned accounts
- Collaborate with leadership on action plans to drive revenue growth
**Internal Coordination and Support**
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client needs
- Attend meetings, provide updates, and document action items when required
- Support assigned projects and campaigns across departments
- Perform research and administrative tasks as requested by supervisors
**Data and Process Management**
- Collect and analyze client and consumer behavior data
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Track processes related to client requests and outcomes
**Marketing and Communication Support**
- Assist with social media updates and content creation as needed
- Draft basic copy for posts and client communications when required
## Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent education and or experience
- Strong client-facing and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to take ownership of client issues and drive them to resolution
- Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple departments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Advanced social media experience is a plus
- Sales experience of 1 to 2 years is an advantage but not required
