The Role:
We are looking for a focused and engaging LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to work directly with our client, a successful mortgage broker. In this part-time role of 10 hours per week, you will act as the digital voice of the broker, driving network growth and generating qualified conversations on LinkedIn.
What You Will Do:
You will execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with potential referral partners and clients. This involves sending personalised, on-brand connection requests and follow-up messages. You will also monitor the LinkedIn inbox, qualify responses, and seamlessly hand off warm leads to the broker while maintaining accurate tracking of your daily activities and pipeline progress.
What We Are Looking For:
We need someone with excellent written communication skills and a professional, conversational tone. Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or B2B social outreach is essential. You must be highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a flexible 10-hour work week efficiently. Please note that this is a KPI-based role, where success is measured by specific outreach and conversion targets that will be discussed during the interview.
