We care about three things: getting messages into the right inboxes, getting the right companies to reply, and turning those replies into qualified conversations.
How we will judge this role: The right hire understands that open rate is a signal, not the scoreboard. Bounce rate, deliverability health, positive reply rate, qualified meetings, and pipeline contribution matter more.
Responsibilities
• Own a multi-domain, always-on
• Protect domain health by managing inbox setup, warming, routing, verification, and deliverability troubleshooting.
• Build thesis-fit lists of companies and decision-makers, not bloated databases full of bad records.
• Use AI and automation to improve research, segmentation, personalization, testing, and reply handling without making the copy sound robotic.
• Route qualified replies fast, book meetings, and keep CRM data and follow-up steps clean.
