This Is Not a Generic VA Role
We're not hiring someone to do random tasks or reply to a few DMs. We need someone who can own multiple Instagram accounts, run them cleanly every day, and hold themselves to a high standard without being micromanaged.
We have SOPs. We have clear guidelines for every account. You won't be left guessing what to do. But we expect you to show up, execute, and care about the quality of your work the same way we care about ours.
What Your Day Actually Looks Like
You open your phone and check your accounts. You review what needs to be posted, confirm the content matches the right account, format, and caption style. You post on schedule. You run through each account's engagement playbook: commenting, liking, story viewing, DM conversations. You check metrics and note anything that looks off. You log everything in your tracking sheet. At the end of your shift, you send a clean report of what was done and what needs attention.
Then you do it again tomorrow. And the day after that.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage 4 to 8+ Instagram accounts daily, each with its own branding, voice, and schedule
- Post the right content at the right time in the right format (Reels, stories, carousels, feed)
- Handle daily engagement: commenting, liking, story viewing, follow/unfollow based on each account's instructions
- Manage DMs across accounts, including scripted conversations that drive engagement
- Research competitors and trends to support content strategy
- Track all daily actions in Google Sheets (mobile app works fine)
- Monitor performance metrics, flag issues, and suggest improvements
- Understand Instagram's content policies and know how to maximize reach without getting flagged
- Keep all account information, content, and business details strictly confidential
What You Need
- iPhone 11 or newer. Everything runs from your phone. Multiple iPhones are a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable internet connection. If your connection drops regularly, this won't work.
- 4 to 6 hours per day, 5 to 6 days per week. We're flexible on timezone as long as your schedule is consistent.
- Strong written English. You'll write captions, handle DMs, and send daily reports. Quality matters.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions the same way, every time, across multiple accounts.
- Comfort working with content that may not be suitable for all audiences. We'll discuss this further in the application.
- Real organizational skills. Managing 4 to 8+ accounts means 4 to 8+ sets of rules, posting schedules, and brand voices. If that sounds overwhelming, this isn't the role. If it sounds like a challenge you'd enjoy, keep going.
What We'd Love to See (Not Required, But It Helps)
- Experience managing 3+ Instagram accounts at the same time
- Caption writing and content posting experience
- DM management experience
- Competitor research and trend analysis
- Google Sheets reporting (tracking, formulas, daily logs)
- Understanding of how the Instagram algorithm works
- Experience working with accounts in niche or sensitive categories
What We Pay
$300 to $1500+ USD per month, depending on your experience, how many accounts you can handle well, and the results you deliver. Raises and bonuses are performance-based and built into the role. We don't cap what you can earn. If you produce results, your compensation grows.
We are not looking for the cheapest hire. We are looking for the best one.
