About FenceUSA:
-We are a fast-growing fence, deck, and railing company built on family legacy and high-stakes execution. We are looking for a dedicated Admin to act as a "second brain" for our Office Manager, Cynthia, and help coordinate our installation pipeline.
The Role:
-This is not just data entry. You will be a critical part of our operations team, ensuring our fence, deck, and railing projects move from contract to completion without friction.
Hours:
-9am-5pm eastern standard time.
Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Communication: Calling customers to provide updates, confirm schedules, and ensure a world-class experience.
-Operations Support: Coordinating with Cynthia to execute installation logistics.
-Tech Stack Management: Heavy use of GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM/automation, and Google Sheets for tracking.
-Material Coordination: Using our internal software to generate and verify material lists for crews.
Mandatory Requirements:
-Exceptional English: You must have near-native fluency with a very minimal accent. You will be speaking with American customers daily.
-Tech Literacy: You must be a power user of GHL, and Google Sheets.
