Who We Are: Anchor Integration is a software development agency helping businesses solve operational problems through custom technology. Our founder is running ads and publishing content that's already pulling in warm, hand-raising leads. We need someone to convert that interest into booked discovery calls.
The Role: One metric. One job. Book discovery calls.
You'll be working warm inbound leads: people who watched the video, filled out the form, and raised their hand. Your job is to reach out fast, connect genuinely, handle hesitation, and get them on the founder's calendar.
What You'll Do:
-Follow up with inbound leads from
-Call and
-Qualify leads and handle objections naturally
-Book discovery calls directly on the founder's calendar
-Keep your pipeline organized without being asked
You're the Right Fit If You:
-Have real SDR experience (calls made,
-Can open a warm call without sounding scripted
-Handle objections in real time without losing the thread
-Are self-managed (you don't need daily check-ins)
-Communicate clearly and professionally in English
Pay:
-$5–$8/hr (based on experience)
-Commission on booked calls and closed deals
