Who We Are: Anchor Integration is a software development agency helping businesses streamline operations through custom-built technology. We're scaling outreach and need a sharp, self-driven SDR to open doors.

The Role: Cold calls. Cold emails. Booked meetings. That's the job.
You know how to get someone's attention in the first 10 seconds. You handle objections without sounding robotic. You turn "not interested" into a conversation and a booked call.
What You'll Do:
-Execute outbound cold calls and email campaigns to targeted leads
-Qualify prospects and handle objections naturally
-Book discovery calls directly on the founder's calendar
-Track outreach activity and results consistently
You're the Right Fit If You:
-Have proven outbound SDR experience — cold calling and cold emailing specifically
-Can open a cold call that doesn't get hung up on immediately
-Are fully self-managed in a remote setup
-Have B2B, tech, or agency sales experience (strong plus)
-Communicate clearly and professionally in English
Pay:
-$5–$8/hr (based on experience)
-Commission on booked calls and closed deals
