Job Title: AI Systems Lead & Automation Architect (GoHighLevel, n8n, Make)

About the Company:
We are a fast-growing business funding company expanding into e-learning, weekly sales webinars, and high-volume content creation. We are building a fully automated, AI-driven operational infrastructure to handle lead qualification, client follow-up, and internal workflows so our human team can focus purely on closing deals and growth. We want to build our company around AI and implement AI agents into our business

The Role:
We are looking for an AI Systems Lead to architect, build, and maintain our automation ecosystem. You will be responsible for connecting our GoHighLevel CRM, webinar platforms, and affiliate systems using advanced AI agents and workflows. You are not just a virtual assistant who knows Zapier—you are a systems thinker who can build agentic workflows that make decisions, qualify leads, and operate independently. We need an AI expert on the team to build AI agents and implement AI workflows

What You Will Do:

• AI Agent Development: Build and deploy AI voice agents and AI chat agents (via GoHighLevel, Vapi, Retell, or similar) to handle inbound funding leads, qualify them, and book appointments 24/7.
• Cross-Platform Automation: Design complex, multi-step workflows using ---------- or n8n to connect our CRM, email marketing, calendar, and course platforms.
• Webinar & Funnel Automation: Build the automated follow-up sequences (email/SMS) for our weekly sales webinars to maximize attendance and conversion.
• Affiliate System Architecture: Set up the tracking, tagging, and automated payout workflows for our new affiliate program.
• System Maintenance: Monitor all automations, troubleshoot API breaks, and continuously optimize the system for speed and reliability.

Who You Are:

• You have deep, proven experience building complex automations in ---------- , n8n, and GoHighLevel.
• You have successfully built and deployed AI voice or chat agents that handle real customer interactions.
• You understand APIs, webhooks, and how to make disparate software tools talk to each other flawlessly.
• You think in terms of “agentic workflows”—systems that can browse, d ---------- , and act, rather than just simple “if this, then that” triggers.
• You are highly technical but can explain complex systems simply to the CEO.
