My name is Steven. I run marketing for a US-based service business with multiple locations. We need a video editor who can produce scroll-stopping ad creative for Meta (TikTok/Instagram) on a consistent weekly basis.
This is a performance role. You are editing ads that need to convert, not just look good.
The Work
- 3-5 short-form video ads per week, each 30-60 seconds long. Formats: UGC-style talking head ads, before/after demos, and testimonial-style content.
- You will work with raw iPhone footage, voiceovers, and b-roll to produce polished, high-converting ads. Sometimes you will receive rough cuts to refine and finish.
- You will also need to produce multiple variations per concept (different hooks, CTAs) for split testing.
- All Premiere Pro project files must be delivered with every final video.

What We Need
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required, no exceptions)
- Experience editing direct-response or performance ads (not YouTube or cinematic work)
- Understanding of short-form pacing, hooks, captions, and what makes people stop scrolling
- Ability to add captions/subtitles, motion text, lower thirds, and simple motion graphics
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop or Canva) for thumbnails, text overlays, or simple assets
- Familiarity with AI video tools (Kling, Higgsfield, Veo, ElevenLabs) is a plus. We can use this for b-roll. I will provide credits and accounts.
- Must communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
- Fast turnaround time (same-day or next-day when needed)
- Self-review all work before submission so drafts arrive near publish-ready
Compensation
$500-$800/month based on skill level and volume. Paid weekly.
Every time one of your edits becomes a winning ad, you earn a $20 bonus on top of your monthly rate.
How It Works
We start with a paid trial task. If your work is strong, this becomes a long-term role with consistent weekly volume. There is potential for this to transition into full-time based on quality and editing speed.
