JOB OVERVIEW

I am a U.S.-based Realtor and Credit Specialist looking for a long-term virtual assistant to help manage leads, organize my CRM, and support my real estate and credit business.

You will play a key role in helping convert leads into clients and keeping my systems running smoothly.

? Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize leads in Lofty CRM
• Pull and research leads using Remine
• Add and update client information in CRM
• Build and maintain automations, campaigns, and workflows
• Assist with client onboarding process
• Communicate with clients via text, email, and occasionally phone
• Post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut
• Help keep business operations organized and efficient

• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience with CRM systems (Lofty preferred)
• Experience in real estate or lead generation (preferred)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to follow instructions and take initiative
• Social media posting and basic video editing skills

• Experience working with U.S. real estate agents
• Familiar with follow-up systems and lead conversion
• Experience with automation tools and CRM campaign building
