We’re looking for a Social Media Manager that is results driven and can fully own our organic social presence end-to-end—from content planning to editing to posting to performance. You’ll take our raw footage and turn it into high-performing content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, while managing the full publishing workflow and voice. This is not just an editing role. We need someone who can run the organic social machine—plan, edit, write, publish, and improve performance weekly and most importantly delivery RESULTS!
What You’ll Do
1) Short-Form Editing & Repurposing (Core)
- Repurpose multiple raw video files into multiple short clips/variations optimized for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
- Identify the best
- Craft strong openings (first 1–2 seconds) that capture attention immediately
- Add high-converting on-screen text (captions/typography) that supports a luxury, premium look
- Deliver edits that are polished, on-brand, and platform-optimized (safe zones, formatting, pacing, clarity)
- Color-correct and enhance footage with clean, intentional grading
- Produce several variations so we can test hooks, text, and pacing across platforms
2) Social Media Management (End-to-End Ownership)
- Own our organic social execution: content planning ? creation/editing ? posting ? reporting
- Build and manage a simple weekly content calendar (Reels/TikTok/Shorts + supporting stories/posts as needed)
- Write premium, on-brand captions/copy (including hooks, CTAs, and event/product messaging)
- Handle posting/publishing across platforms with correct formatting, titles, hashtags/keywords (as appropriate), and timing
- Manage basic community engagement: replying to comments/DMs with brand voice guidelines (as assigned)
- Track performance weekly (views, retention, saves, shares, profile actions, clicks) and report what’s working
- Make iteration decisions based on performance: double down on winners, improve hooks, adjust pacing and messaging
Creative & Performance Mindset
- Maintain a natural, authentic feel (UGC energy is welcome) while still keeping everything clean and premium
- Trends are welcome only if applied in a sophisticated, intentional way (not loud or chaotic)
- Content should drive engagement and action (event ticket sales, product interest, brand trust) while reinforcing exclusivity and quality
- Communicate progress clearly and deliver within agreed timelines
Style & Brand Expectations (Very Important)
- Overall Style: Elevated luxury aesthetic — clean, polished editing
- No flashy effects, gimmicky transitions, overdone presets, or anything that cheapens the premium feel
- Tone & Feel: Minimal, high-end, cinematic foundation with UGC elements
- Goals: Virality + conversions
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing social accounts and editing short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
- Strong video editing skills: pacing, storytelling, custom color grading, sound, and premium typography
- Strong understanding of hooks (especially the first 2 seconds) and retention
- Strong copywriting for social (hooks, captions, CTAs, event/product positioning)
- Reliable turnaround times + clear communication
- Familiarity with luxury/fashion & event brands and premium storytelling
Bonus (not required)
- Ability to produce AI-generated video when requested (specific concepts/campaigns we assign)
- Experience with AI video tools/models (e.g., Higgsfield, Gemini, Kling, etc.) with control over style and consistency
- Ability to integrate AI-generated clips into a polished edit
- Access to a personal creative studio or professional filming setup, with the ability to capture occasional high-quality footage to complement our existing assets.

- High-performing short-form machine: Raw footage becomes multiple polished clips with tested variations.
- Stronger attention + retention: Openings consistently grab attention in the first 1–2 seconds and keep viewers watching.
- Clear brand voice: Captions and on-screen text feel luxury, intentional, and aligned with our faith-based message.
- System + ownership: You run the weekly workflow (planning ? editing ? writing ? posting ? reporting) with minimal oversight.
- Growth that matters: Engagement rises (saves/shares), community strengthens, and content drives action (event tickets + product demand).
