Job Opportunity: Sales Specialist & Cold Caller
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist & Cold Caller to join our growing team. This role is designed for a high-energy individual who excels at initiating conversations, overcoming objections, and closing deals. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, requiring a professional and persuasive communication style. We need someone flexible with a very good accent or tone of voice.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calls to generate leads and identify potential customers.
Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospect needs and qualify opportunities based on specific criteria.
Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized CRM to track interactions and follow-up schedules.

Candidate Requirements
Communication Style: Must possess a neutral tone of voice or a clear American accent to effectively engage with our primary market.
Persistence: A resilient "hunter" mentality with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Experience: Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.
Equipment: A stable internet connection and a high-quality headset for clear communication.

Compensation & Perks
We offer a competitive structure designed to reward high performers:
Base Rate: $5.00 – $8.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
Daily Commissions: Earn between $50 and $450 per day based on performance and successful conversions.
Growth: Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a direct impact on company revenue.
