About the Role
We're a Melbourne-based digital marketing agency looking for a LinkedIn outreach specialist to help us generate qualified leads and book intro calls with business owners and founders.
You'll work through a structured sequence: finding the right prospects, warming them up, and moving conversations toward a booked call. Every message is personalised. This is not a copy-paste role.
Responsibilities
- Prospect on LinkedIn Sales Navigator using defined filters
- Evaluate profiles against a qualification checklist
- Send personalised connection requests and follow a multi-step DM sequence
- Engage with posts before connecting (likes and genuine comments)
- Send value-based follow-ups
- Handle replies and move warm prospects toward a booked intro call
- Track all outreach activity in Google Sheets and keep statuses updated
Requirements
- Strong written English. You sound like a real person, not a template
- Some experience with LinkedIn outreach, social DM lead generation, or a willingness to learn
- Use "positive reply" as your subject line when applying, so we know you read this
- Ability to research a profile and write a specific, relevant message off the back of it
- Organised and detail-oriented. You follow a process and track your activity
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B, agency, or professional services outreach
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience booking calls
