JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Full-Time | 8 AM – 4 PM Philippines Time
Salary: $800–$1,200/month + Performance Bonuses

We are looking for an experienced Static Ad Creator to join our team full-time and produce high-converting creatives for a dropshipping brand.

This is not a beginner design role. We want someone who has already worked in a static ad creation role for a dropshipping store or dropshipping supplement brand and can create winning ads with little to no guidance.

You must understand that great static ads are not just about making things look nice. Copy, positioning, creative strategy, and marketing psychology matter more than design alone. The ideal person knows how to create statics that actually convert.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone with strong experience in:

Creating static ads specifically for dropshipping products
Developing creatives independently without needing step-by-step direction
Writing or contributing strong ad copy that fits the creative
Understanding creative strategy, mechanisms, market awareness levels, and market sophistication
Knowing how to angle products based on customer pain points, desires, objections, and buying psychology
Translating marketing strategy into ad concepts that are built to perform
Most Important Requirement

A strong understanding of marketing and copywriting is even more important to us than pure design skill.

A person who can make something look good but does not understand why people buy will not be a fit.
We want someone who understands what actually moves the needle in direct response advertising.

Required Skills

You should have solid working knowledge of:

Photoshop
Canva
AI image generation tools such as Nano Banana, Seedream, OpenAI image generation, and similar platforms
Prompting LLMs like Claude and ChatGPT to assist with ideation, copy, hooks, and creative development
Ideal Candidate

You are someone who:

Has already created statics for winning dropshipping campaigns
Understands direct response marketing
Can come up with concepts, hooks, and ad angles on your own
Knows how to balance design, copy, and strategy
Can work fast, think independently, and execute without hand-holding
Has experience in ecommerce, especially dropshipping or supplement brands

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippines Time
Compensation
$800 – $1,200/month, depending on experience and skill level
Performance bonuses will also be paid based on results and contribution
