Virtual Assistant (Sales & Operations Support)

Full-Time | Remote
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (UK Time)

Role Overview

We are hiring a high-level Virtual Assistant to support daily business operations, including calls, emails, outreach, and sales pipeline management.

This is not a basic VA role.

You will be working closely with the CEO and expected to operate at a professional, business-critical level, ensuring all outreach and communication is handled efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls to businesses
• Send and manage email outreach campaigns
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
• Manage and update the sales pipeline and CRM
• Track responses, conversations, and opportunities
• Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally
• Support the CEO with daily operational and sales tasks
• Ensure no leads or opportunities are missed

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years experience (2021–2026) in Virtual Assistant, sales support, or similar role
• Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, and lead follow-up
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work directly with a CEO in a professional manner
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
• Strong work ethic — this role requires consistency and reliability
