POSITION SUMMARY
We are hiring a Full-Cycle Sales Support VA to support our US-based sales team and communicate directly with prospective customers. This role reports to the sales team and is responsible for managing lead communication, maintaining HubSpot accuracy, and helping move deals from first contact through enrollment with a high level of organization and professionalism.
DUTIES

-- Manage follow-up inside HubSpot CRM, ensuring no lead is missed and all tasks are completed on time
-- Guide prospects through our enrollment and decision process with a clear, supportive communication style
-- Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot (notes, deal stages, activities, and next steps)
-- Coordinate daily with US-based sales tea
-- Keep the sales pipeline clean, organized, and actionable, including task management and deal updates
-- Document workflows and update SOPs as processes improve; submit weekly activity and pipeline reports
QUALIFICATIONS
-- English: strong written and conversational fluency with clear, professional communication
-- Experience: 3–5+ years in sales support, customer-facing VA work, or inside sales with US-based clients
-- Tools & software: HubSpot CRM (or similar), Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office,
-- Skills: detail-oriented, organized, proactive, able to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
-- Communication style: professional, patient, and supportive; not aggressive or overly sales-driven
-- Nice-to-have: experience in nonprofit, real estate, or service-based industries
-- Internet & setup: reliable high-speed internet, backup connection, and quiet workspace for calls
SCHEDULE
FULL-TIME; Monday through Friday with required overlap: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time (US).
Expected responsiveness: within 1 hour during working hours; same-day follow-ups required.
COMPENSATION
USD $800 per month, based on experience, plus performance-based incentives tied to pipeline activity and closed deals; potential increases after performance reviews.
