We are a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand. We need an experienced video editor that wants to become part of a fast growing brand with big salary potential.
This is not a content creation role. This is a performance role. You are editing ads that need to convert.
What You Will Be Doing:
— Short-form video ads (15–60 seconds) for
— Voiceover ads and AI voiceover ads
— Multiple creative variations per concept (different hooks, angles, styles)
— UGC-style ad repurposing from raw footage
— Adding captions, sound design, pacing, and hooks that stop the scroll
— Continuously improving based on ad performance data
What We Are Looking For:
— Minimum 2 years editing video ads for DTC or eCommerce brands (supplement brand experience is a strong plus — those ads are hard and we know it)
— You understand the first 3 seconds are everything
— Strong grasp of hooks, retention, and conversion psychology
— Experience with CapCut or similar editing tools
— AI tool proficiency: Higgsfield, VEO, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar
— Ability to generate or enhance creatives using AI (voiceovers, avatars, video generation)
— Experience with copywriting is a strong advantage
— Fast turnaround and able to handle volume without dropping quality
— Comfortable using AI tools like Claude to improve your workflow
How It Works:
We start with a paid trial task. If your work is strong, this becomes a long-term role with consistent weekly volume.
Every time one of your edits becomes a winning ad, you earn a $20–$50 bonus on top of your monthly rate. Good editors who understand performance will earn more here than anywhere else at this level.
