The Role
You will own end-to-end outbound campaign delivery for a dedicated portfolio of client accounts. This means building Clay enrichment and qualification tables, writing cold
What You Will Do
Build and maintain Clay tables for lead enrichment, ICP classification, and qualification scoring across client accounts
Set up and manage cold
Write, A/B test, and iterate on cold
Execute LinkedIn outbound campaigns where applicable, coordinating messaging across channels
Integrate Clay workflows with client CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) via webhooks and native integrations
Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, SQLs) and present weekly performance reports to clients
Collaborate with the Delivery Lead on campaign strategy, ICP refinement, and copywriting frameworks
Document all systems and processes in line with the Glass Box methodology so clients retain full ownership
What You Bring
Required:
1+ year hands-on experience with
Proven track record running cold
Working knowledge of
Strong copywriting skills for B2B cold outreach across different verticals and buyer personas
Experience with at least one CRM (HubSpot preferred) and basic understanding of data flows between systems
Self-directed work style with clear communication; comfortable working async in a remote team
Nice to Have:
Experience with LinkedIn outbound tools (Expandi, Dripify, or similar)
Familiarity with Instantly, Smartlead, or other cold
Understanding of B2B verticals like MCA/lending, SaaS, or financial services
Basic API knowledge (REST, webhooks, JSON) for building integrations
Experience working in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
