JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Crypto T-Shirt Designer to help grow our print-on-demand (POD) apparel business focused on the crypto, investing, finance, and ---------- culture niche.

This role is more than just graphic design. You will be responsible for:

researching what is currently selling on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces
creating high-converting crypto-themed t-shirt designs
using AI tools such as ChatGPT and design software to improve speed and creativity
uploading finished products to our print-on-demand platform
syncing listings to our Etsy and Shopify stores
creating mockup images/videos
writing SEO-optimized titles, tags, and product descriptions

We are looking for someone who understands how to create products that people actually want to buy — not just designs that “look nice.”

Key Responsibilities
1) Crypto Trend Research

Research current and emerging trends in:

cryptocurrency communities
---------- coin culture
Bitcoin / Ethereum / XRP / altcoin communities
finance humor
investing culture
anti-bank / anti-fiat themes
viral internet and ---------- trends

You will regularly review platforms such as:

Etsy
Shopify stores
Amazon
TikTok
X (Twitter)
Reddit
Pinterest
Google Trends
crypto communities / social trends

Your job is to identify:

what types of crypto designs are currently selling
what slogans and themes are trending
what design styles are performing well
what products and niches have the best opportunity

2) Create Crypto T-Shirt Designs

Design original crypto-related apparel graphics and text-based designs that fit our target market.

We want a mix of:

funny crypto designs
minimalist crypto designs
eye-catching viral-style designs
clean typography designs
---------- -based designs
high-conviction crypto community designs
finance / anti-bank / anti-fiat humor designs

Examples of design styles we want:

clean and premium
streetwear-inspired
simple but clever
bold and viral
visually strong for ads and product thumbnails

You may use:

AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, etc.)
Photoshop
Illustrator
Canva
Kittl
or any other tools that help you create high-quality designs efficiently

Important: Designs must still feel original, clean, and commercially usable — not lazy or generic AI outputs.

3) Prepare Print Files for POD

You will create and export print-ready files for use on our print-on-demand partner platform.

This includes:

transparent PNG files
correct sizing and print dimensions
proper alignment and placement
clean background removal
ensuring files are ready for production

You should understand how to prepare files for:

t-shirts
hoodies
mugs
hats
phone cases
stickers
and other POD accessories
4) Upload Products to POD Platform

You will upload finished designs into our print-on-demand partner website and prepare them for publishing.

This includes:

selecting the correct products
placing artwork properly on each product
generating product variants
selecting colors and sizes
checking design alignment and appearance
ensuring products are ready to sync to our stores
5) Sync Products to Etsy & Shopify

You will help manage the product publishing workflow by syncing products from our POD platform into our online stores.

This includes:

syncing to Etsy
syncing to Shopify
organizing listings
making sure listings are complete and accurate
checking that images, titles, variants, and pricing are correct
6) Create Product Mockups & Videos

You will create strong product visuals that help products convert.

This includes:

product mockup images
lifestyle mockups
clean e-commerce product images
short product videos / mockup videos when possible

We want visuals that are:

clean
modern
eye-catching
optimized for Etsy / Shopify / ads / social media
7) Write SEO Titles, Descriptions & Tags

You will write SEO-optimized listing content for each product.

This includes:

product titles
product descriptions
Etsy tags / keywords
Shopify product copy
SEO-friendly product naming

You should understand how to write listings that help products rank and convert.

Examples of what we want:

keyword-rich but natural titles
descriptions that feel fun, clean, and buyer-focused
strong keyword targeting for Etsy and Google search

Expected weekly output may include:

10–30 new design concepts
5–20 completed product-ready designs
5–20 uploaded and optimized listings
trend research / competitor research
mockups and listing visuals
SEO titles, tags, and descriptions
