ABOUT US

Plaiground is an AI-powered venture studio. We build, launch, and scale AI products — fast. We're not a typical company. We move like a startup, think like investors, and build like engineers. Every product we launch is designed to hit $50k–$100k/month.

We're building something called CLOUT — a personal brand growth system that automates the entire content workflow: research, hooks, scripting, editing, and posting. Think of it as the operating system for creators who want to grow without burning out.

We need someone who lives and breathes this world to help us build it from the inside.

THE ROLE

You'll be the first social media hire at Plaiground. You'll manage and grow our presence on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok — but more importantly, you'll be the person who helps us understand what a world-class content workflow actually looks like from the inside.

This is not a "post 3 times a week and report metrics" job. This is a builder role. You'll be working directly with the founder, shaping the content strategy, and eventually managing a team of AI agents and humans under you.

If you're great, this becomes a Head of Marketing role. We're serious about that.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the end-to-end content workflow: ideation ? scripting ? editing ? posting ? analysis
Research YouTube trends, hooks, and angles that actually convert to views and subscribers
Write and test hooks for short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and long-form (YouTube)
Edit videos — clean, punchy, retention-optimised (you know what a good cut feels like)
Post and schedule content across platforms
Track what's working and iterate fast
Help us document and systematise the workflow so we can eventually automate it with AI
Grow into managing the full marketing function as we scale

WHO YOU ARE

You understand what makes a video hook stop the scroll — and you can write them
You know the difference between a good angle and a great one
You've grown (or helped grow) a YouTube channel or social account from scratch
You edit video well — Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, whatever — you're fast and your output looks professional
You understand the algorithm: YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok — you know how they work
You're obsessed with content that performs, not just content that looks nice
You're proactive — you bring ideas, you don't wait to be told what to post
You're comfortable working in a fast-moving, AI-first environment
You want to grow. You're not looking for a job — you're looking for a career

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Descript, Opus Clip, etc.)
Experience working with a personal brand or founder-led content
Understanding of content funnels and how organic content drives business outcomes
Experience with YouTube SEO and thumbnail strategy
