JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a Las Vegas-based drain cleaning company focused on one thing:

???? Driving high-intent inbound calls and booked jobs — consistently.

We are looking for a senior-level SEO + Google Ads operator who has a track record of generating real leads for US-based local service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

This is not a “traffic” role.
This is a performance role tied to calls, cost per lead, and revenue.

?

???? WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
• Increased inbound call volume within 30–60 days
• Reduced cost per lead across campaigns
• Strong visibility in Google Maps + organic + paid search
• High-converting landing pages aligned with search intent

?

? REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven results with local service businesses in the US
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (search + call-driven campaigns)
• Deep understanding of high-intent keyword strategy
• Experience optimizing Google Business Profile (Maps rankings)
• Ability to build or guide conversion-focused landing pages
• Strong grasp of call tracking, attribution, and lead quality

?

???? THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR:
• Content writers or blog-focused SEOs
• Backlink-only specialists
• General VAs doing “SEO tasks”
• Anyone without real performance metrics

?

???? IDEAL CANDIDATE:

You’ve:
• Managed campaigns where phone calls were the primary KPI
• Worked in competitive local markets
• Made decisions based on data, not theory
• Owned results — not just tasks

?

???? RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Identify and rank for high-converting local keywords
• Align SEO, paid traffic, and Maps for maximum coverage
• Improve conversion rates across landing pages
• Continuously reduce cost per lead while increasing volume

?

???? TO APPLY:

Answer the following clearly and specifically:

1. Describe a local service campaign where you increased calls or leads. Include numbers if possible.
2. If you were starting from scratch, how would you generate calls for a drain cleaning company in Las Vegas within 30–60 days?
3. What would you prioritize first: SEO, Google Ads, or Maps — and why?

?

???? HOURS & STRUCTURE:
• Start part-time
• Scale to long-term / full-time based on performance
• Opportunity to grow with the company as we expand

?

???? FINAL NOTE:

We are looking for someone who thinks like an operator, not a task-doer.
If you’ve produced real results and can do it again, this will be a strong long-term opportunity.
