???? YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for **managing and growing 3 social media brands** under the Soto Legacy Group umbrella.
This includes:
* Owning brand consistency, voice, and visual identity across all platforms
* Designing high-converting graphics for social media, ads, and campaigns
* Editing and producing short-form and long-form video content
* Planning and executing content calendars
* Collaborating with leadership on campaigns, launches, and promotions
* Identifying trends and turning them into content that gets attention
* Continuously improving engagement, reach, and lead generation

???? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You are:
* Experienced in **real estate marketing** (this is NOT optional)
* Skilled in **graphic design** (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
* Strong in **video editing** (Reels, TikTok, YouTube-style content)
* A **brand thinker**, not just a task-doer
* Fast, responsive, and able to execute under pressure
* Self-motivated and able to figure things out without hand-holding
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Able to manage multiple projects at once without dropping the ball
