ABOUT CLAIM N BILLING
Claim N Billing is a U.S.-based medical billing company serving healthcare providers — including private practice physicians, specialty clinics, and independent medical offices. We handle end-to-end revenue cycle management so that providers can focus on patient care. We are growing and looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us consistently bring in new provider accounts.

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will own the top of our sales funnel. Your job is to identify, prospect, and book qualified discovery calls for the owner (closer). This is a full-time, remote role requiring confident English communication and a proven track record in B2B outbound sales — preferably targeting healthcare or professional services.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and build targeted prospect lists (independent physicians, group practices, specialty clinics, urgent care centers, chiropractors, physical therapists, mental health providers)
- Execute daily outbound cold calls, cold emails and LinkedIn messages to decision-makers (practice owners, office managers, billing managers)
- Follow up persistently and professionally with leads via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects and book discovery calls based on our Ideal Client Profile (ICP)
- Log all activity and update CRM daily (Salesforce)
- Hit weekly KPIs: 50+ dials/day, 100+ emails/day, 5+ booked calls/week, 50 LinkedIn Connections/daily
- Provide weekly performance reports to the owner

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of B2B cold calling and email outreach experience (healthcare, medical billing, SaaS, or insurance preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English — must be comfortable calling U.S.-based medical offices and practice managers
- Strong, professional phone presence — confident, empathetic, and persistent
- Basic understanding of medical billing, RCM, or healthcare administration is a strong plus
- Highly organized and self-motivated — able to work independently without micromanagement
- Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Experience with lead list-building tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar) is a plus
- Available to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time ZONE U.S.)

COMPENSATION
- Base: $350–$500/month USD (depending on experience)
- Performance bonus: $50–$150 per closed client account (paid monthly)
- Total OTE: $750–$1,400+/month for strong performers
