We are a professional real estate media company specializing in property photography, video, and marketing materials for real estate agents. Our team values accuracy, teamwork, and reliability. We’re passionate about helping agents showcase listings beautifully and efficiently.
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle photo and video Quality Control (QC) and Delivery tasks. You’ll ensure all visual media meets brand standards, files are correctly named, and client orders are delivered smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Review edited photos for color, exposure, and overall quality.
Check videos for smooth transitions, accurate branding, and correct music use.
Flag and communicate needed revisions clearly to editors.
Organize final files in correct folders (by address/property).
Upload and deliver final content to clients via delivery portals (e.g. Aryeo, Dropbox, Box).
Ensure branding, logos, and links are accurate before sending.
Track delivery status and communicate completion with clients/team.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Comfortable working with Google Drive, Dropbox, and file management systems.
Experience with Spiro, Aryeo, or similar platforms (preferred but not required).
Experience with Adobe Lightroom CC and Photoshop required. Bonus points for experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve video editing software.
Real estate photo editing experience is a plus.
Reliable internet and a fast computer capable of running the required editing software.
Excellent written communication and time management.
Work Hours:
Timezone: EST
Days: Tuesday-Saturday preferred
Hours: 2-3 hours per day
Compensation:
$4-$5 per hour depending on experience
