JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in eBay and Amazon platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online seller accounts, optimizing product listings, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of Walmart and Amazon seller accounts
- Create and optimize product listings for increased visibility and sales
- Monitor inventory levels and facilitate restocking as necessary
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Product listing creation and optimization
- Inventory monitoring and replenishment tracking
- Amazon Seller Central management
- Shipping plan creation and FBA compliance
- A+ content support
- PPC campaign assistance
- Order and customer support
- Account health monitoring
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Conduct market research on current trends and products to market

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Shopify, eBay and Amazon seller accounts
-Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Proficient in using e-commerce tools and analytics
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
