JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: 40 hours / week
Wage: $5 - $7 USD / hour, with potential for raises and bonuses

Experience required: You must have at least 1 year Amazon experience, with a focus on sourcing US arbitrage
Job responsibilities: Sourcing, supervising other VAs and checking their leads, restocking

First 2 weeks is paid training at $2.50 USD / hour - a mostly self-paced, 40-hour comprehensive, intensive training course on the Amazon fundamentals to fill in any gaps in your knowledge and allow you to demonstrate your work habits and communication skills

Requirements:

* At least 1 year US arbitrage sourcing
* Ability to follow instructions precisely and check your own work
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Initiative
* Preferably leadership experience
