JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented tea ---------- mber with a strong financial background in accounting, bookkeeping, cash flow management, and profitability analysis to help support our fast-paced live auction e-commerce business.

This role is for someone who understands how to keep a business financially organized on a daily basis and can help us make smarter decisions by tracking the numbers closely.

You will help us monitor the health of the company by making sure our cash flow, inventory, payroll, scheduling, and profitability all stay aligned. We want to know, on a daily basis, where the business stands financially, what is working, and what needs to change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow
• Build and maintain financial projections and budget forecasts
• Monitor business profitability and margins
• Review inventory-related numbers to make sure products, costs, and cash flow are aligned
• Oversee payroll support and scheduling-related financial tracking
• Help identify waste, inefficiencies, or areas where profitability can improve
• Create reports and dashboards so leadership can understand the business clearly
• Make sure financial data is accurate and organized for decision-making
• Support overall financial planning for a growing e-commerce company

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or financial analysis
• Experience with e-commerce businesses, inventory, and cash flow management
• Understands profitability, margins, budgeting, and forecasting
• Can turn raw financial data into simple, clear insights
• Very organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive and able to spot problems before they get worse
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial software
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable, honest, and consistent

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Live selling or auction-style e-commerce businesses
• Inventory-heavy businesses
• Payroll coordination
• KPI reporting and dashboards
• QuickBooks, Xero, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools
