Part-Time Project Management & Marketing Coordinator (Remote, 25 hrs/week)
Digital Marketing Agency | Premium Clients | Long-Term Role
We are a boutique digital marketing agency looking for a highly organized Project Management & Marketing Coordinator to help manage client projects and support execution across multiple accounts. Basic experience with tools like Asana, MailChimp, WordPress, very basic HTML are required.
This is a part-time role (25 hours/week) with consistent work and long-term growth potential.
We are selective — this role is for someone who operates at a high level.
Compensation
$15 USD/hour (based on experience and performance)

Core Responsibilities
- Project Management (Primary Role)
- Build and manage projects in Asana
- Create timelines, assign tasks, and manage dependencies
- Ensure deadlines are met across multiple client projects
- Coordinate between copywriters, designers, and leadership
- Follow up consistently — nothing slips through the cracks
- Identify risks early and keep projects moving forward
- Marketing Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate and execute
- Collaborate with copywriters on content development
- Manage executive/client approvals
- Format and design
- Schedule and send campaigns
- Execute resends to non-openers
- Track and report on performance (open rates, CTR, etc.)
- Clearly communicate results in strong written English
- Communication (Critical Requirement)
- Clear, professional written AND verbal English communication is required
- Provide updates, summaries, and status reports
- Communicate confidently with leadership and tea
- Ask smart questions and clarify when needed
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Advanced written AND verbal English skills
- Strong experience with Asana (or similar tools like Trello)
- Experience with Mailchimp (building, sending, reporting)
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Reliable, responsive, and proactive
Strong Bonus (Highly Preferred)
- Advanced Asana experience with structured, premium workflows
- Experience working in a marketing agency environment
- Process-driven mindset — you improve systems, not just follow them
