WHO WE ARE
Kimura Worldwide is a digital advertising agency specializing in paid media for e-commerce, home services, and coaching businesses. Our mission is to run paid media that wins, using tested strategies built from years of experience and measured by results, not activity.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a part-time Paid Media Analyst to support campaign execution and reporting across Google and Meta. Your job is to keep accounts healthy, data clean, and clients informed.
We currently manage paid media across a growing roster of clients. We are a lean team handling campaign builds, optimizations, and reporting while balancing client communication and strategy work. We need you to come in and own the execution layer so the senior team can stay focused on strategy.
You'll report directly to Jeff (that's me), and escalate anything outside your scope as needed. We work async-first with a weekly Google Meets sync. Philippine business hours are fine, though we will align on a standing meeting time that works for both sides.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your job will be to use your past experience to:
- Monitor and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager on a daily basis
- Pull performance reports and flag anomalies, pacing issues, or anything that needs attention
- Execute campaign optimizations ( bid adjustments, budget pacing, audience updates, and ad copy rotations)
- Support campaign builds according to established SOPs
- Maintain accurate campaign data and naming structure across all active accounts
- Update and maintain client reporting dashboards in Looker Studio
- Communicate campaign status and updates clearly in writing, without needing to be prompted
- Log tasks and update project status in Asana
- Refine or document processes in Notion as needed
- Escalate anything outside your scope to the senior strategist promptly and with context
- Support the team with other campaign-related tasks as needed
EXPERIENCE
We care more about skill level than years on a resume, but we expect at least 2 years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
You're comfortable communicating directly with senior leadership, flagging performance issues before they're asked about, and pushing back if something doesn't look right. We want someone who has opinions and isn't afraid to share them.
You know your way around campaign builds, bid management, and performance reporting without needing your hand held. You're diligent, organized, and default to over-communicating rather than going quiet.
You're also comfortable working inside tools like Asana, Notion, Google Drive, Google Meets and Slack as part of your daily workflow.
HOW WE WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
We want you to succeed here. We will get you fully up to speed on our systems, clients, and processes so you can hit the ground running.
We're not here to teach you paid media, your experience covers that. What we will do is give you the context you need to apply your skills in the right direction.
We will also invest in your growth. That means access to training resources, honest feedback, and a team that actually listens. We're humans first, colleagues second.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
This is a part-time role. We're not looking for an agency.
