We are hiring an independent VA to find profitable Amazon FBA product opportunities, evaluate sourcing risk, and contact suppliers/brands/distributors professionally. This is not an agency role. We want someone who can think critically, protect margin, and recommend deals based on data.
Responsibilities
Source profitable OA/wholesale product leads based on our buy criteria
Analyze ROI, net margin, BSR/sales velocity, competition, price stability, fees, and prep/shipping impact
Identify risks: IP complaints, hazmat/meltable, variations issues, tanking price, Amazon on listing, brand restrictions, fake wholesale suppliers
Build supplier lead lists and contact suppliers via
Track leads in Google Sheets with clear notes and recommendation logic
Suggest improvements to sourcing filters and supplier outreach based on what is actually converting
Requirements
Proven Amazon FBA sourcing experience
Strong Keepa + SellerAmp or equivalent tool knowledge
Able to explain deal logic clearly in English
Experience with supplier outreach and wholesale account opening preferred
Reliable internet, responsive communication, and ability to work independently
