What You Will Be Doing
- Setting up and launching Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager following our SOPs
- Managing client onboarding — emails, intake forms, folder creation, and GHL setup
- Updating and maintaining client dashboards, ad trackers, and internal Google Sheets
- Coordinating calendar invites, Google Meet links, and Slack communications
- Following existing SOPs and helping build new ones as the agency scales
- Doing whatever it takes to free up the founder's time so he can focus on closing and growing

Requirements

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager at a basic to intermediate level
- Knows their way around Google Drive, Slack, Loom, GHL (GoHighLevel), and Google Sheets
- Follows SOPs precisely and takes initiative when none exist
- Fast executor — no hand-holding, no waiting to be told twice
- Previous experience with a marketing agency or online business is a strong bonus
