Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant to support our sales efforts through cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, fluent in American English speaking, reading and writing, organized, and experienced in identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to event planners, florists, decorators, venues, caterers, and corporate clients and more
• Identify and qualify new leads through online research and outreach
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM systems
• Schedule appointments and coordinate sales calls for the owner/team
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity
• Assist in developing outreach scripts and improving sales processes
• Research local events, venues, and industry opportunities for partnerships
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Experience in event industry, rentals, or hospitality
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Number of outbound calls made daily/weekly
• Number of qualified leads generated
• Appointments scheduled
• Conversion rate from lead to client
Work Hours & Compensation:
• Remote position (work from anywhere)
• Flexible hours (must overlap fully with U.S. business hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm)
• Compensation: Hourly rate starting at $4.00 and will increase based on performance + performance-based bonuses (based on leads and conversions)
