We're a small but fast-moving team building software and websites for real businesses — e-commerce brands, manufacturers, service companies, and makers. You'll design across a range of projects: marketing websites, web applications, client portals, landing pages, and mobile interfaces. The work is varied, the bar is high, and you'll have real creative input.
What you'll actually do:
Design marketing websites, landing pages, and web applications from concept to final handoff
Create UI designs in Figma with clean component systems and thoughtful UX
Work directly with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Stay current on design trends and bring fresh ideas to every project
Reference and draw inspiration from sites like Mobbin, Godly, Awwwards, and Land-book — and actually apply what you see
You're a strong fit if you:
Have a portfolio that shows genuine design taste — not just competent layouts but real aesthetic sensibility
Obsess over typography, spacing, and motion details
Know the difference between a good design and a great one and can articulate why
Can design for both marketing (conversion-focused) and product (usability-focused) contexts
Are comfortable working independently with minimal direction once you understand the brief
Follow designers and studios you admire and actively study what makes their work work
Tools we use:
Figma (required), Notion, Slack. Familiarity with Next.js/Tailwind output is a plus — you don't need to code but knowing what's easy vs. hard to implement makes you a better designer.
This is not the right role if you:
Rely on templates without pushing them further
Think good design is just making things look clean
Can't explain the reasoning behind your layout and typography choices
Haven't visited Awwwards or Godly in the last month
What we offer:
Consistent work across multiple client projects
Real creative latitude — we want your eye, not just your execution
A team that actually cares about design quality
How to apply
Send your portfolio and a short note (3-5 sentences) telling us: what's a site or app you've seen recently that impressed you, and why?
