We're looking for a skilled video editor to join our team on an ongoing basis, editing weekly YouTube content for a male personal brand in the online fitness coaching space. Our audience is women 30–45+ so the content needs to feel polished, warm, and credible — not hype-heavy.
THE WORK:
• 4 videos per month to start, with potential to scale
• Videos are 10–15 minutes long
• Filmed on green screen — background replacement and compositing is a core part of the role
• Motion graphics using Re-Motion are a significant part of the editing workflow — you must be comfortable with this
• AI tools are an expected part of how you work — we want editors who use AI to improve efficiency and quality, not avoid it
• Style: clean, engaging, professional fitness/wellness content
TURNAROUND EXPECTATIONS:
• Raw footage for all 4 videos delivered in one batch, once per month
• We publish every Tuesday — we need each completed video back by the Friday before
• That gives us the weekend to review, prepare, and schedule
• At least 1 video delivered per week
• Payment is per completed video
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
• Raw footage
• Full script to guide your edit and pacing
• Brand guide (colours, fonts, logos)
• B-roll library — women's training footage, client photos, and training environment content
WHAT YOU'LL BE EDITING:

• Experience using AI tools such as Descript, Runway, or similar
NICE TO HAVE:
• Previous work in fitness, health, or wellness
• Experience editing long-form personal brand content
ENGAGEMENT:
• Starting on a per-video rate
• Opportunity to move to a monthly retainer as the relationship grows
• Immediate start preferred
