Work-from-Home Opportunity with Australian Criminal Law Firm – Long-Term Role | Weekend Shift (Sunday- Thursday)

We are a criminal law firm based in Australia, previously working with external call centres, but now building our dedicated in-house remote team. We currently have 5 valued tea ---------- mbers based in the Philippines and are looking to add a Sixth for a long-term position.



Position Overview

This is a home-based, full-time role with the potential to earn up to PHP 100,000/month — starting at PHP 50,000 during training, with a raise to PHP 81,500 post-training, and bonuses up to PHP 10,000 based on commissions.



Schedule & Hours

-Permanent shift: From Sunday- Thursday

-Days off: Friday- Saturday

-11.5 hours per day (including a 45-minute lunch break)

-Working hours: 7:00 AM to approx. 6:30 PM ( There will be a rotation of roster so there are weeks where you only work from 6 AM to 2 PM Philippine time (aligned with Australian business hours and nightphones)

-Training schedule: Monday to Friday until fully trained

- Entitled to 15 vacation leaves



Your Duties Will Include:

-Answering incoming calls and handling client inquiries professionally

-Recording call details and booking appointments in our database

-Learning the basics of criminal law in Australia

-Providing frontline call management and transferring messages

-Managing live chat inquiries

- Collecting payment during after-hrs only

-Assisting with after-hours and weekend nightphones


What We're Looking For:

-Fluent English speaker with strong writing and spelling skills

-Reliable computer, high-speed internet, second monitor, and quality headphones (Bluetooth is preferred)

-Availability for full-time work only — no side jobs or agency representation

-A strong team player who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute long-term

-Willingness to work on Philippine holidays (with holiday pay already factored in)

-Rarely take leaves on a weekend.
