JOB OVERVIEW
With Dr Joy is hiring a part-time Kit + Content Ops Coordinator.
Part-time, 10 hours/week to start
$400/month to start, with potential to grow in scope and compensation over time
I’m looking for someone who is strong in execution.
This role is for a thoughtful, organized, detail-oriented person who can help with:

* content publishing and backend organization
* launch support and follow-through
* simple, clean assets in Canva
* keeping systems organized in Notion
This is not mainly a social media role.
This is not a generic VA role.
This is not a strategy-only role.
I need someone who can take existing content and help get it built, published, organized, and out into the world.
What you’ll do
* Build and manage broadcasts, sequences, forms, tags, and automations in Kit or a similar platform
* Help turn existing content into
* Organize content, links, tasks, and SOPs in Notion
* Support launches and promotions by keeping details on track
* Create or adapt simple graphics and handouts in Canva
* Check links, formatting, downloads, and workflow details before things go live
Must-have experience
* Hands-on
* Experience building or managing sequences, tags, forms, and automations
* Strong organization and attention to detail
* Strong written English
* Experience with Canva
* Experience with Notion or another project management/organization tool
Nice to have
* Experience with Kit
* Experience supporting online education, digital products, or content workflows
* Experience with course platforms or LMS tools
* Experience supporting a founder-led business
Not a fit if
* You mainly do social media
* You mainly want to do strategy
* You need step-by-step instructions for every small task
* You have not personally built automations before
* You are more of a designer than an operator
