We are a fast-growing US based law firm looking for a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) intake specialist who knows how to follow up and close.
This is not a passive customer service role.
You will be speaking with people who have already reached out to us. Your job is to build trust, stay in touch, and help them hire us.
What You’ll Be Doing
Answer inbound calls from potential clients
Call and text leads who have already contacted us
Follow up multiple times until you get a response
Explain our services clearly and confidently
Send invoices and help guide clients to payment
Keep detailed notes in our system
Work closely with our team to move cases forward
What Makes This Role Different
Most intake roles stop after one or two follow-ups.
We don’t.
If someone reaches out to us, we believe they deserve a real chance to hire us.
That means:
consistent follow-up
thoughtful communication
not letting leads fall through the cracks
We are persistent—but always respectful.
Who This Is For
You are someone who:
Is fluent in English and Spanish
Is comfortable being on the phone most of the day
Is not afraid to follow up multiple times
Understands that most people don’t answer the first time
Can be warm and kind while still guiding the conversation
Likes helping people make decisions
Who This Is NOT For
This is not a good fit if you:
Only want to answer inbound calls
Feel uncomfortable following up more than once or twice
Prefer
Avoid asking for the sale
What Success Looks Like
Leads are contacted quickly
No lead is forgotten
Clients feel taken care of
More people choose to hire our firm
Compensation
Base: $1,000 – $1,200/month (based on experience)
Performance bonus available
High performers can earn $2,000+/month
Our Culture
We are “nice people who help nice people.”
That means:
We treat clients with respect
We treat each other with respect
We do good work and take pride in it
We are not aggressive on the phone but we are consistent and professional.
