We believe people suffer because they're misaligned — with their biology, their purpose, and the systems they live inside.
Our work is about changing that.
This is a U.S.-based psychiatric practice led by an Ivy League-trained female physician specializing in women's mental health, hormonal health, and complex diagnostic care. We help women understand their own design and align with the highest version of themselves — biologically, psychologically, and spiritually.
The practice is supported by an all-women operations team.
We are building a brand that carries this mission to a much larger audience — through content that educates, positions, and converts. Not influencer content. Not wellness content. Physician-led authority content that helps the right people find us and arrive ready to commit.
We need the person who will own that brand's content presence. Someone who believes in this mission enough to protect it.
How we work:
The founder directs the vision. AI scaffolds our thinking — generating drafts, analyzing trends, multiplying content across platforms. Nobody here stops thinking. Your role is to execute with judgment, taste, and precision. You take AI-generated output and the founder's original material, refine it to meet the brand standard, and make sure it reaches the right audience on the right platform at the right time.
You are not replaced by AI. You manage AI. As tools evolve, you adopt them, integrate them into the workflow, and remain the human quality gate that ensures nothing goes live that doesn't serve the mission.
Nice to Have:
— C1/C2 English (written and verbal) — non-negotiable
— 3+ years in content production and brand building — professional services, luxury, health, or thought leadership preferred. E-commerce alone does not qualify. If you've done this work but your title didn't reflect it, we still want to hear from you.
— Fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and a newsletter platform (Substack preferred)
—
— Video editing proficiency (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut)
— AI content and video tool experience (OpusClip, Vizard, Descript, HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Canva AI, or similar)
— Strong Canva or Figma skills
— SEO and discoverability knowledge — YouTube optimization, keyword strategy
— Portfolio showing premium, restrained brand work — clean and authoritative, not flashy
— Central Time hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM CT)
----Podcast production, motion graphics.
Compensation: $1,400–$1,600/month based on experience. Long-term position. Leadership-track role that grows into Director of Content & Brand as the practice scales toward book publication, a national podcast, and speaking engagements. The brand you build here becomes your signature work.
Hiring process: Selected candidates begin with a paid trial period before moving into the full role.
To apply, send ALL of the following:
1) Portfolio — live account links to feeds you manage or have managed preferred. If not available, send a comprehensive portfolio showing actual content you've created across platforms.
2) Resume.
Only complete applications will be reviewed.
