Part-Time Quality Control Assistant for Real Estate Media Company

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Quality Control Assistant to be the final layer between our editing team and our clients. Your role is to make sure every gallery is clean, organized, polished, and ready for delivery.

We are a cutting-edge real estate media company providing photo, video, and virtual tours for real estate clients. Over the past 3+ years, we’ve completed 2,000+ projects and are looking to take the company to the next level through strategic growth.

We have a small but mighty team with a can-do attitude and take real pride in what we do.

What You’ll Do
- Review real estate photo galleries before delivery
- Check photo count and organize files
- Create Lightroom catalogs
- Organize photos in the proper order
- Catch anything that feels off, including verticals, crops, reflections, distractions, or color inconsistencies
- Make simple corrections when needed
- Export, compress, and upload final photos to the Aryeo platform

Hours and Training
This position will start at 5–10 hours per week and gradually increase to around 20 hours per week during the first 30 days as we train you and expand your role. **For the right person, there is room for this to grow into a full-time role.

Hiring Process
This posting is for an audition. We will select 3–5 candidates for a paid test project, then choose who to bring onto the team.

Compensation
Compensation is negotiable based on experience, reliability, and overall fit.
