Job Description: Sales Strategist (Growth-Focused)
Overview
We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking a Sales Strategist to design, execute, and continuously improve our sales generation systems. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role that combines strategic planning with direct execution.
We are specifically looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long-term. As revenue scales and systems mature, this role is intended to evolve into a senior sales leadership position with increased compensation, authority, and responsibility.
This role is fully remote and intended for candidates based in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine outbound sales strategies to generate consistent new business
• Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), target industries, and buyer personas
• Design and execute outbound funnels (cold
• Research and build high-quality lead lists using appropriate tools
• Create, test, and optimize messaging, scripts, and sales cadences
• Execute outreach campaigns and manage active prospect conversations
• Qualify prospects and book or conduct sales calls
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with leadership on positioning, offer refinement, and growth planning
Performance Expectations

• Measurable improvement in response, conversion, and close rates
• Ownership of testing, experimentation, and documented learnings
• Contribution to scalable and repeatable sales systems

Compensation
Base Pay:
$10 per hour
High performers will see total compensation grow significantly as deal volume increases. As the company scales, compensation structure and leadership opportunities will expand accordingly.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or sales strategy
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
• Experience working with digital marketing or service-based businesses is a strong advantage
