Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time video editor to transform raw footage into high-quality, high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
You will work with content from multiple contributors, including treatment footage, educational videos, and business-focused content. Your role is to ensure this content is edited clearly, consistently, and efficiently for daily distribution.
This is a production-focused role with a strong emphasis on consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Content Editing
Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from raw footage
Edit occasional long-form YouTube content
Produce multiple edited videos per day
Editing Standards
Clean cuts and clear pacing
Professional text overlays and captions
Zooms and framing adjustments to maintain attention
Strong opening hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
Appropriate use of music and sound when needed
File Management
Organize footage and final outputs in Google Drive
Follow naming conventions and folder structures
Deliver completed videos daily for review
Content Types
You will be editing:
Close-up skincare treatment footage (extractions and procedures)
Educational talking videos and voiceovers
Before-and-after transformations
Reaction and commentary videos
Business and training content for professionals
Performance Expectations

Requirements
Experience editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, or Shorts)
Ability to handle high-volume editing workloads
Strong sense of pacing and viewer attention
Ability to follow instructions and brand guidelines precisely
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
Clear written English for captions and communication
Preferred Qualifications
Experience editing social media or UGC-style content
Understanding of retention and hook optimization
Familiarity with beauty, skincare, or clinical content
Basic motion graphics or animation skills
Tools
You should be comfortable using:
CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software
Google Drive or Dropbox
Slack or similar communication platforms
Work Structure
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Consistent daily workflow and content pipeline
You may occasionally support a second brand with similar content needs, using the same systems and editing style
