## About Us

We are a New York City-based luxury beauty brand operating across three businesses:

- a high-end, appointment-only salon specializing in invisible K-tip hair extension installs
- a luxury European hair extension and hair product company
- a business education platform for beauty professionals and stylists

We have a strong social media presence with a mid-six-figure following and a brand aesthetic that is confident, elevated, aspirational, and unbothered. We need someone who can create AI-generated content that matches this energy and looks indistinguishable from real content.

## What You'll Be Doing

**AI Photo & Image Creation**
- Create realistic AI-generated photos for social media feeds, ads, and website use
- Produce lifestyle imagery that fits our luxury brand aesthetic (think: editorial, high-end, aspirational)
- Generate product mockups and styled product shots for Arve (hair extensions, packaging, lifestyle settings)
- Create branded graphics and visual content for School of Business promotions and launches

**AI Video Creation**
- Produce realistic AI-generated video content including talking head style clips, UGC-style content, and product showcase videos
- Create short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Generate AI video ads for paid campaigns across all three brands
- Ensure all video content looks natural and realistic — not obviously AI-generated

**Product Mockups & Lifestyle Content**
- Create styled product photography using AI (flat lays, lifestyle scenes, luxury settings)
- Generate aspirational lifestyle imagery that aligns with the brand world of each business
- Produce before/after style content and transformation visuals for the salon brand
- Create mockups for new product launches, packaging concepts, and marketing campaigns

**Platform-Specific Content**
- Adapt content for Instagram (Feed, Reels, Stories), TikTok, website banners, and paid ad creatives
- Understand aspect ratios, platform specs, and what performs well on each platform
- Deliver content in the correct formats and resolutions ready to post or publish

## Who You Are

**Required:**
- Proven experience creating realistic AI-generated images AND video content — you must include samples in your application
- Proficiency with current AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Kling AI, Runway ML, Hailuo AI, HeyGen, or similar platforms
- Strong eye for luxury aesthetics — you understand what high-end, editorial, and aspirational content looks like
- Ability to create content that does NOT look obviously AI-generated — realism is non-negotiable
- Understanding of social media content formats for Instagram and TikTok
- Ability to match and maintain brand consistency across different content pieces
- Fast turnaround — ability to deliver content within 24–48 hours of a brief
- Excellent communication and ability to take creative direction

**Preferred:**
- Experience creating content for beauty, fashion, hair, or luxury brands
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Experience creating ad creatives for Facebook/Instagram and TikTok ads
- Understanding of what content performs well organically vs. paid
- Ability to write short-form copy or captions to pair with visuals
- Experience with AI voice cloning or lip sync tools for video content

## Tools You Should Know (Some or All)

**Image Generation:** Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI, Flux
**Video Generation:** Kling AI, Runway ML, Hailuo AI, HeyGen, Synthesia, Pika Labs
**Editing & Post-Production:** Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva
**AI Enhancement:** Topaz AI, Magnific AI, FaceSwap tools, upscaling tools

We don't expect you to use all of these — but you should be fluent in at least 2–3 tools from each category and always be learning what's new.

- **Realism first.** If it looks fake, it doesn't get posted. We have a discerning audience and our brand reputation depends on quality.
- **Brand consistency.** Every piece of content should feel like it belongs to our world — luxury, clean, elevated, confident.
- **Proactive creativity.** We don't want someone who only executes briefs. We want someone who brings ideas, references, and creative direction to the table.

- **Confidentiality.** You will be creating content that our audience may not know is AI-generated. Discretion is required.

## Volume & Schedule

- Expect to produce 15–30+ content pieces per week across all three brands (mix of images, videos, and ad creatives)
- Weekly content planning calls or async check-ins
- Must be available during U.S. business hours (EST) for at least a few overlapping hours for communication
