JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements:
• Experience with social media outreach, online community engagement, or virtual assistant work
• Able to recruit members from provided or approved sources consistently
• Comfortable following instructions and learning our recruiting process step by step
• Strong written English and clear communication
• Organized, reliable, and able to track outreach and results
• Can start ASAP
• You will be taught how to do the role, so being coachable and able to follow directions is important
• Applicants without relevant experience will be ignored.
IMPORTANT:
This role is focused on finding and recruiting members from sources we provide or approve. You do not need to know everything already, but you must be willing to learn and apply the process exactly as trained.
Role Overview:
• We are looking for a social media VA to help recruit members from different sources for our business
• You will be taught how to do the work, what sources to use, and how to approach outreach
• Your job will be to follow the system, bring in qualified members, and keep activity organized and consistent
• This is a simple execution-focused role for someone who is dependable, fast to learn, and good at online communication
