About Aquillius Innovation Hubs
Aquillius is building a bicoastal innovation ecosystem headquartered in San Diego, California, with an expanding network of innovation hubs in Montgomery County, Maryland. We connect the entrepreneurial energy and deep tech ecosystem of Southern California with the research institutions, federal agencies, and policy leadership of the MD/DC corridor — bringing together founders, investors, researchers, corporations, and community leaders to accelerate the development and commercialization of new ideas.
Aquillius hubs also serve as a premier landing point for international startups entering the U.S. market. By providing immediate access to lab and office infrastructure, a built-in founder community, and direct connections to investors, corporate partners, and government resources, Aquillius gives international companies a soft landing — reducing the friction of U.S. market entry and accelerating their path to traction, funding, and growth.
By linking resources, talent, and opportunities across both coasts and around the world, we create a collaborative environment where startups can scale faster, partnerships can thrive, and innovation drives economic growth in both regions and beyond.
