Virtual Assistant — Match Maid Cleaning

Match Maid Cleaning is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company expanding into multiple markets. We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated virtual assistant who can help manage day-to-day operations and convert leads into booked jobs.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and responding to incoming leads quickly (speed to lead is everything in this business)
Following up with prospects, booking estimates, and closing sales over the phone and via text/email
Managing our CRM and scheduling systems — we use GoHighLevel and BookingKoala
Handling customer communication including confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups
Assisting with reputation management — requesting reviews, responding to reviews
Supporting the launch of new service locations as we scale

What we're looking for:

Experience with GoHighLevel and/or BookingKoala is strongly preferred
Sales experience — you should be comfortable and confident talking to customers and closing
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks without things slipping through the cracks
Strong written and verbal English communication
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Available during US Eastern business hours
Home service industry experience is a plus but not required
