Previous experience in recruiting, HR, executive assistance, or project management
Comfortable interviewing candidates over Zoom
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
Familiarity with tools like Calendly, Zoom, and Slack (or quick to learn)
NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED):
Experience with the dental or medical industry
Experience working with Canadian-based businesses
Experience using Fathom, ClickUp, Notion, or other productivity tools
HOURS & COMPENSATION:
10–15 hours per week to start
Flexible hours, as long as tasks are completed on time
Hourly rate: $5–$8 Canadian depending on experience
Long-term position with potential for growth (including full-time roles)
HOW TO APPLY:
Send your resume
Include a 1–2 minute Loom video INTRODUCING YOURSELF and why you’re a good fit for this role
Answer these 3 short questions in your message:
What experience do you have with hiring or interviewing?
What systems have you used to organize tasks or applicants?
What’s your favorite productivity or organizational tool, and why?
