We’re hiring a full-time Media Buyer to own our paid advertising performance across platforms, with a primary focus on Meta
This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to work closely with creatives to improve ad performance through clear insights and testing.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns primarily on Meta Ads. Support campaigns on Google, TikTok, or other platforms where relevant.
- Plan and execute structured tests (angles, creatives, offers, landing page) to improve cost per acquisition and ROAS.
- Manage budgets, audiences, and campaign structures based on performance
- Analyze ad performance to identify winning and underperforming ads
- Communicate clear performance insights to the creative team
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve creatives based on data
- Analyze Shopify sales data to identify scaling opportunities, conversion bottlenecks and product-level performance
- Monitor competitors’ ads, offers, and campaigns to identify gaps or opportunities in our market niche.
- Stay up-to-date with DTC industry trends and platform updates to ensure best practices.
- Providing administrative support, as and when needed to the manager.
Requirements
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (9am–5pm PH time)
- Remote position
- Strong comfort working with numbers and data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Able to explain performance clearly to non-technical teammates
- Highly organized, self-directed, execution-focused, and able to work independently
- Willing to learn quickly and adapt as the business grows
