JOB OVERVIEW

We are building the next generation of AI tools for commerce brands. We work with high-growth brands to help them unlock more revenue from their marketing and customer data.

We’re hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate new conversations and qualified opportunities.

You’ll work directly with the founder and play a key role in building our outbound growth engine from the ground up.

This is a performance-driven role for someone who can write well, think independently, and turn cold prospects into real conversations.

You must take ownership and figure things out. You don’t need to be micromanaged.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Identify and research high-quality ecommerce brands
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists
• Reach out to founders, operators, and marketing leaders
• Start conversations through outbound messaging
• Generate and schedule qualified meetings
• Manage outreach across multiple channels
• Track activity and keep data clean and organized
• Continuously improve messaging and performance
• Work directly with the founder to refine targeting and strategy

You are:

• Comfortable reaching out to people you’ve never spoken to
• A strong writer who knows how to get replies
• Persistent and not discouraged by lack of response
• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
• Focused on results, not just activity

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in SDR, sales, outbound, or lead generation
• Strong written English
• Experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, or similar)
• Ability to manage outreach consistently and professionally
• High attention to detail

Compensation:

• $12 to $15/hour (based on experience and performance)
• Performance-based bonuses tied to meetings and pipeline
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Long-term role with growth potential
