THE OPPORTUNITY:
NtrlMan is looking for an experienced Static Ads Designer to join our growing creative team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for producing high-converting static ad creatives across
This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who has already produced paid social ad creatives, understands what makes an image-based ad perform, and can work independently to a brief with minimal hand-holding. If you have a proven track record creating static ads for e-commerce or health and wellness brands, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Designing high-quality static ad creatives for
Creating multiple ad variations per campaign for A/B testing (different hooks, headlines, layouts, and colour treatments).
Producing on-brand creative assets that align with NtrlMan's premium, masculine, and natural aesthetic.
Designing product-focused ads highlighting The Peak Gummy, Creatine Gummies, and Protein Powder.
Adapting ad creatives to different format sizes and platform specifications (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9).
Working closely with the founder to iterate on creative direction based on ad performance data.
Turning written ad copy and product photography into visually compelling, conversion-focused creatives.
Delivering assets on time with organised file naming and folder structure
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum 2 years of experience designing paid social static ad creatives — not just general graphic design
A strong portfolio demonstrating real ad work for e-commerce, health, wellness, fitness, or consumer product brands
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma — and comfort with Canva for quick-turnaround assets
A clear understanding of what makes a static ad convert — hook, hierarchy, CTA, and visual contrast
Experience adapting designs across multiple ad formats and platform sizes without losing creative quality
Excellent attention to detail — pixel-perfect delivery, correct font usage, consistent brand colours
Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive creative feedback professionally
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own workload and deadlines without being chased
Experience with men's lifestyle, health, fitness, or supplement brands is a strong advantage but not a necessity
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience working with DTC (direct-to-consumer) e-commerce brands.
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and basic understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS).
Ability to write short, punchy ad copy to accompany your designs.
Familiarity with supplement, nutraceutical, or health product advertising compliance.

Brief 1 — Product Launch Static: Create a
Brief 2 — Before/After Concept Static: Design a split-screen Instagram Story ad (1080×1920) communicating the transformation a man experiences after 90 days on the NtrlMan protocol — energy, focus, and confidence. Use minimal text, strong typography, and earthy brand colours. Deliver two versions: one with the product visible, one lifestyle-only.
PAY & HOURS
Rate: $5.00 – $6.00 per hour depending on experience and portfolio quality
Part-time hours: expected 10–20 hours per week to begin, with the possibility of increasing as the brand scales
Flexible schedule: we care about output quality and deadlines, not when you work
Paid weekly
