We are a U.S.-based recruiting firm working across multiple industries (finance, sales, operations, and more).
We are looking for an Appointment Setter to support lead generation and outreach. This is an internal support role — you will NOT be responsible for sales, closing, or direct client management.
Your role is to generate opportunities. I will handle all client communication and closing.
Responsibilities:
- Find companies hiring (LinkedIn, job boards)
- Send outreach messages (LinkedIn +
- Follow up with prospects
- Book meetings on my calendar
IMPORTANT:
- You will NOT speak with clients directly
- You will NOT handle sales calls or negotiations
- All client communication is handled by me
Requirements:
- Must have your own LinkedIn account
- Experience with lead generation or outreach
- Strong written English
- Reliable and organized
- Able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
Compensation:
- $50/month base
- + $100 per contingent client closed (from your meetings)
- + $250 per retained client closed (from your meetings)
All bonuses are paid after successful placements (90-day retention).
Growth Opportunity:
- After 90 days, base increases to $100/month for strong performers
- Bonus structure can increase based on performance
Performance Tracking:
You are credited for deals that:
- Come fro
- The client attended
- Close within 60 days
Payment:
- Paid at the end of each week or at the end of the month (your choice)
